L: Wendy's sm chili
S: Eggplant chicken rolls (ww recipe)

Haven't exercised yet but will walk this afternoon. What is the OP rule for exercise? Do we always post what we eat for the day (or what we hope to eat)? Thanks for your morning post, it made me plan!

Pearl:
I try to post what I eat so that others can get ideas from me, and so that I can see my day planned out (which makes it easier for me to stick to it).

I like to read what other people are planning, because it gives me ideas for myself as well... Often you can ask whether someone has a recipe for something that you see they're going to have that day, etc.

For me, planning is the key to Core. If I haven't cooked things on the weekends for weekday dinners, cut up my veggies, etc. the night before, then I'm lost. It just helps lessen the risk that I'll fall off programme.

I'm not sure that there is a "rule" per se for exercise. I try to get in 5 - 6 days of cardio a week, but that's just me. Everyone is different.

However, exercise in any form is good for everyone, whether for losing weight, for just feeling physically good, or for feeling emotionally good. It's all good! lol

Have a great day!
