I've heard mixed things on this and want to see what everyone here thinks...Bananas are 2 points...do you count it as two fruits or just one?

When I'm doing Core, I count it as one serving. When I'm counting points, I count it as 2.

really depends on the size... points and serving size both depend on how big it is!

so in other words you would say a 2 pt banana is 2 for fruit

It's counted as 1 fruit worth x-number of points....

Lady cop... yes, you would increase the fruit portion according to how big it is. Isn't it great that you can get in two fruits with just one banana?! :)

Yes Id say they are my favourite and easiest fruit...although I only like them when they are still partially green or just turned yellow lol...they are the best fastest not messy thing for after the gym ect.
