Morning everyone - back from cardio - boy they sure work us hard there!!!

B- tea coffee
L - out with neighbours for "Winterlicious" lunch around the corner - can't wait!!!! (may I please have everyone's points (lol)
D - fruit

Afternoon all!

B: chocolate oatmeal (such a yummy way to start the day!)

Sn: sliced veggies

L: barley pilaff, leftover grilled salmon, grilled asparagus and steamed broccoli

Sn: latte, apple

D: Core mac and cheese, Core hamburger patties, steamed broccoli, wine (points)

Sn: Chocolite bar (points), sf/ff hot chocolate

D&H..I'm sure you've posted this a thousand times in the past but I'm just returning to the message boards and must ask...What is Chocolate Oatmeal?..it sounds intriguing!

It's my ultimate Core comfort food! I take 1/2 c. of the large oat oatmeal, 1/3 c. skim milk powder, 1 T. cocoa powder, 3 packets of Splenda (or to taste), 1 c. of water, and cook as per normal (medium heat for about 5 - 7 minutes). Delicious!! I sometimes top the bowl up with a bit of skim milk as well. Enjoy!

RIN, I forgot to add that it's also nice with a tablespoon of toasted sliced almonds on top...
