20/04/2013 9:17:50 AM report this post | ground rules open my tracker as I've not tracked for 3 whole days now as a result of being pre-occupied with family visiting here.....sooooooo, today is the start of the new week for me.....starting with weigh-in this morning and back to faithfully tracking!! I hope there's not too much of a gain and would be thrilled if I managed to STS....but will take whatever it is, track, account for and move regrets, no guilt, no beating's the ONLY way to go....

Minutes Challenge -- 1600/1500 July (27th)

Aim for progress, not perfection.

This is a lifestyle change......

Accept that this is a journey - there will be bumps.
Just keep going.

If hunger isn't the problem, then food isn't the solution.

If you're tired of starting over, stop giving up.

If I give up now, I'll soon be back where I started and back where I started was desperately wishing I could be where I am today.

<<< knows the feeling as I have been there & done that this afternoon after not tracking since last Monday evening.

Thank goodness for the honesty of which, on the too Pointy days, informs you how much you would weigh if you ate like that for 5 weeks!

Also, since memory is challenging, I am not certain every intake ended up on the correct day; one was so low mfp also gave a warning not to drop below 1200 calories for the day!

Next Tuesday's WI will be very interesting; a prediction is that a small gain, or at best STS will happen.

That's fine, for another lesson has been learnt, and that gain will soon be history.

Accountability is good on this journey; so too are short scenic diversions such as family visits.

The trick truly has to be to get back to the really satisfying choices ASAP, which you are definitely doing.

Whatever the number on the scale says, the IMPORTANT focus is on this being your first day back on track.
