This recipe was delicious. You can also trim down the serving sizes so you can enjoy more servings. Topped with thawed frozen strawberries, cherries and peaches and some lowfat coolwhip topping - YUM!
Fantastic - deep chocolate flavour. Not terribly sweet, though. I added a little smear of melted chocolate to the top, adding to the points, but so worth it.
This cake is fantastic; I swapped one cup of the regular sugar for Splenda to cut some of the calories and added in 1/3 c. powdered milk and 1/2 tsp. baking soda to help it rise and it turned out moist and delicious. I added a few spoonfuls of Cherry & Lime Jello with a bit of fat-free Cool Whip on top and I had a wonderful dessert for about 4 points plus. Thanks, Weightwatchers!!
This is the best chocolate cake I have had in years! I'm going to make it into muffins/cupcakes this weekend which could make more portions and lower the points:) Highly reccomend to cut the cake into 16 portions then they will be guaranteed to be even portion sizes.
