This soup is tasty and satisfying, and the recipe is so versatile - no veggie broth? Use fat free chicken or beef. No Swiss chard? Use beet greens, spinach or kale. No cauliflower ? No problem, use something else. Hate broccoli? No big deal, just omit it - and so on and so on - it's all still good!
My only caution- be prepared for a rather unappetizing colour of soup if you substitute red cabbage on place of the green cabbage - the soup still tastes great but doesn't look all that appealing.
