Love this soup-so filling! I add in a can of tomatoes and green beans and omit the swiss chard. Sometimes I also add in ground turkey or ground chicken for some protein. Not too much though, usually 5-6 ounces.
Tasty and filling!

I kind of made my own version of this soup... I used low sodium beef broth for flavour and a bag of coleslaw mix. I also added a can of no salt diced tomatoes and a bay leaf. I wasn't in the mood for broccoli so I added asparagus instead.
