I added a few extra veggies - my soup is a bit short of broth, but it's just great. delicious!
Unfortunately I got indigestion for the first time in ages. Tasted good though.
Love it..I make it every second week.. Have it with a half tuna sandwich and its only 6 points for everything..
love this for snacking! It's super easy to prepare and you can adjust the veggies to what you have in your fridge. I leave out the lemon and thyme and put lots of pepper.
