Love it..I make it every second week.. Have it with a half tuna sandwich and its only 6 points for everything..
love this for snacking! It's super easy to prepare and you can adjust the veggies to what you have in your fridge. I leave out the lemon and thyme and put lots of pepper.
Like any delicious soup, we all tend to add a little bit of a personal touch. I added just a touch of cumin (a touch of Mexican flavor is good anywhere). I also switched no-fat chicken broth as I did not have any vegetable stock on hand.
