Ingredients

2 spray(s) cooking spray, (5 one-second sprays per serving)
2 medium pear(s), Bosc, halved, cored
2 medium fresh apple(s), Gala, Red Delicious or Granny Smith, halved, cored
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
3 packet(s) Sweet'N Low Low calorie sweetener

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 325°F. Coat 2 baking sheets with cooking spray.

  • Using a very sharp knife, or the slicing blade of a food processor, slice pears and apples into 1/8-inch slices.

  • Mix together cinnamon and Splenda in a small bowl. Place fruit slices in a single layer on baking sheets and sprinkle with cinnamon mixture. I used gala apples. These were great. Forget the sweetener - just sprinkle with cinnamon. Very crispy and light. A great replacement for potato chips and so easy to make.

I used gala apples n baked @ 275'F for about an hour flipping n sprinkling spices in between. They are not crispy when they come out but give it a couple of minutes n they will start feeling like chips.
