1 bunch(es) arugula, stems removed, chopped

1/4 cup(s) parsley, fresh, chopped
|
|
|
1 tsp lemon zest
|
|
|
1 tsp thyme, fresh, chopped
|
|
|
3 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
|
|
|
1 Tbsp olive oil
|
|
|
1/2 tsp table salt
|
|

1/2 tsp black pepper, freshly ground
