See why, with the help of Weight Watchers, this success story decided to change his license plates to read "US2BFAT."

Richard's "last straw" was at an amusement park, when the safety bar on an action ride wouldn't clip into place over his stomach. "Holding up the ride for hundreds of people was totally embarrassing," the 48-year-old says.
The embarrassment spurred Richard on to take his health and his happiness to a Weight Watchers meeting. And it worked! Richard lost 128 pounds.
"My weight loss and its effect on my health have been overwhelming," says Richard. Now, he says, he's stopped snoring, and his cholesterol and blood pressure are at healthy levels. "It's such a pleasure to not be out of breath walking up a flight of stairs, and to be able to sit in a restaurant booth without my belly hitting the table."
Richard even changed his license plates to read "US2BFAT," so he could continue to remind himself how much better he feels. "I have boundless energy, a positive mental attitude. I eat healthy foods. And I don't have to buy clothes at the fat man's shop!"
A little over a year ago, Richard decided to take his dedication to Weight Watchers one step further; he became a Leader. "It gives me a great amount of satisfaction to help others achieve their goals," he says. "It's hard to describe the euphoria I feel when a meetings member tells me that my words and shared experiences were so motivating!"
His advice to people new to the Weight Watchers plan? "Always go to the meetings. Make them a part of your everyday life."
"This is a journey, not a destination," he continues. "As with any journey you need a map to guide you along the way. Weight Watchers has been that map for me, and the shared experiences of other meetings members has helped guide the way for my success."
