I first joined WeightWatchers® years ago, then restarted my journey when I found myself out of breath walking up stairs and taking blood pressure meds. I knew the program worked without feeling like “a diet.” The community aspect was also a driving force. Now, walking and resistance training are a regular part of my life—my goal is weight health and to never feel limited. I’m a caretaker for my dad and love spending time with family. As a coach, I’ll help you focus on progress, not perfection.
