Where we ship

We ship to all provinces and territories.
When selecting Standard or Express shipping your order will be delivered via Purolator.


When your order will arrive

You can estimate how many days it will take for your order to arrive by adding the handling time to the shipping time. All shipping and handling times indicated in the Online Store are estimates and may vary from times indicated.

SHIPPING TIMES CURRENTLY DELAYED: Due to increased demand and COVID-19 precautions, we’re currently experiencing delays in fulfilling orders - please allow 5-7 business days handing time between placing your order and receiving your shipping confirmation. While we will make every effort to deliver your order(s) on-time, they may take extra time beyond what is indicated below.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal, provincial and territorial statutory holidays within Canada.

Shipping and handling rates are calculated based on the value of the order being placed.

*Shipping time for Territories and outlying rural postal codes may be longer.

Shipping to a different address/with a different method:

At this time, all items in your order must be sent to the same address using the same shipping method. To ship parts of your order to a different address or via a different shipping method, you will need to place separate orders.

Returns

Please read the following return policy relating to items purchased from our Online Store.Purchases from the Online Store cannot be returned to any WW Studio locations.

General Refunds

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase from our Online Store, we will accept returns of all non-food items purchased within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, less any shipping and handling, provided they are returned in accordance with our “How to Return” procedure outlined below. Please ensure that all non-food items are packaged to appropriately protect them from damage, and wherever possible returned in the original packaging. We do not accept returns of food products unless damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive damaged or defective items, we will either reship your order at no charge to you, or provide a full refund of your purchase price, including the shipping and handling charges on your original order. You will need to contact us within 30 days of receiving the item. If you would like to exchange your faulty item for a replacement, please contact Customer Service as set forth below. Please note that in warmer months there is some risk that chocolate snack bars will arrive melted. Unfortunately, we cannot control the temperature and conditions the bars are exposed to once they leave our fulfillment center. We recommend refrigerating the melted bars to return them to their normal state. We do not consider these items defective or damaged and this return policy does not apply to them.

How to Return

Please note that purchases from the Online Store cannot be returned to any WW Studio locations. If you decide to return an item, please contact Customer Service at 1 (844) 942-2400 or via shop.ca@ww.com. A representative will provide you with a return authorization number and further information on the return process. Please note that returns sent back to us without a Return Authorization are processed as unauthorized returns, which can delay processing and in some cases result in us being unable to match the return to your account.
